Project Books
In an effort to put myself back into the role of student (ie - thinking about a text and not how to teach said text), I will be embarking on yearly "Project Books".
Each year I will compile a list of long, complex books. Some I have read or "read". Over third marking period and fourth marking period, I will read and consistently update students on my progress through the book, noting interesting bits of analysis or plot. I encourage students to read along with me and embark on the project together.
